We spent several years searching everywhere, including Thailand, for someone to help create the perfect Thai meals for Amy's customers, but with no success. And then, serendipitously, we found one of our employees, who was part owner of a Thai restaurant right here in Santa Rosa where our plant is located. We immediately asked him to prepare some Thai dishes for us, and he did. They were so delicious that we knew our customers would love them. This Thai Red Curry is Amy's dad's favorite.
