  • TO MAKE CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER: Please refer to your order confirmation email which was sent to you after placing your order. It includes your personal shopper’s contact info to contact them directly if you want to add five or fewer items to your order. If you would like to add more than five items, please submit a new order.
  • INVENTORY/SUBSTITUTIONS: We will always do our best to fulfill your CURBSIDE order, but due to high demand, some items may be unavailable at your pickup time. If you have selected “allow substitutions for all” your Personal Shopper will fulfill your order with the most comparable products in stock at their location.
  • PAYMENT OPTIONS: Currently we are only able to accept credit or debit cards for Curbside Payment. If you still need assistance, please complete the form below.
