Established in 2003, The Four Graces is committed to making rich, complex wines where the fruit may be elegantly expressed. Our 2021 Pinot Gris was bottled on Valentine's Day after minimal stainless steel aging to preserve the aromatics and freshness to create a lively and crisp wine. Beautiful bright aromas of citrus fruit, fresh lime and wild strawberry mingle in the glass with a hint of struck flint. The palate continues with grapefruit, fresh citrus and lime zest, followed by a touch of quince and wet stone, which leads into a vibrant lingering acidity.
