Ingredients
1 (12 oz) pkg frozen shelled edamame
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red chile flakes
sea salt, for sprinkling
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F. Thaw the edamame, and pat dry. Toss the edamame with the vegetable oil, chili powder, garlic powder and red chile flakes until well-coated. Spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes (stirring halfway through roasting time) until the edamame is dry and slightly crisp. Sprinkle with sea salt while hot. Let cool completely before serving.
