4oz Sweet B’s® Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken Breast, dinner cut and shredded
4 slices Butcher Craft® Extra Thick Cut Naturally Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped
2oz Creamy Blue Cheese Crumbles
3tbsp Creamy avocado dressing, for drizzling
4 cups Mixed greens, include basil
2 Bell peppers, sliced and charred
1 cup Corn, charred
1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
½ Avocado, sliced
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the greens, chicken, pepper, corn, tomatoes, avocado, bacon and blue cheese.
  2. Toss well with the dressing.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
