Witness an ancient tradition of L’Antica Cascina in our Charcuterie, with the opening of a barrel containing wheels of Cacio Faenum cheese aged in hay.  This refined sheep's milk cheese has been transported very carefully from Romagna, Italy to be here at FRESH!
